Refund Policy

1. Nature of Digital Deliverables

Agentic Packs sells full-stack software source code delivered via private GitHub repository invitations and immediate digital downloads. Because access to the full source code is irrevocable once granted, we maintain a fair and transparent refund policy.

2. 14-Day Technical Resolution Guarantee

We stand firmly behind the quality of our boilerplates. If you experience an unresolved technical blocker or defect in the template that prevents you from running the codebase as described in our documentation, and our engineering support team is unable to resolve it within 14 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.

3. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

• You contacted our support team at support@agenticpacks.com with error logs or details of the issue.
• Your request was submitted within 14 calendar days of the original transaction date.
• You provided your Creem order reference or receipt email.

4. Refund Processing & Access Revocation

When a refund is approved by our team or Creem.io, it is credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Upon refund completion, collaborator access to the private GitHub repository and future updates will be automatically revoked via webhook.
